Staff Battery Management System (BMS) Software Engineer

Job Description

Develop and test BMS software, including state estimation algorithms and embedded controls, and integrate BMS hardware and software with lithium-sulfur battery packs. Collaborate across teams, document and review technical work, and mentor a junior engineer.

Requirements: Requires a relevant bachelor's degree and at least seven years of BMS engineering experience, with reduced experience thresholds for candidates with a master's or PhD. Candidates should have experience developing BMS software and state estimation algorithms, battery modeling and MiL/HiL testing, strong programming skills, and knowledge of BMS controls and hardware.
