Principal Software Engineer - Gaming Platform

Job Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of high-performance, reliable platform capabilities, providing technical direction across teams and working on graphics, networking, security, hardware integration, and platform frameworks. Mentor senior engineers, establish engineering standards, manage technical risks, and responsibly integrate AI tools into development workflows.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience, including expertise in C#/.NET, platform architecture, concurrency, performance, and memory management. Candidates should have cross-team technical leadership and mentoring experience, knowledge of secure systems and networking, CI and automated testing experience, AI-assisted development experience, and casino gaming or related experience.
