Lead Tech Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for high-speed automated manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, PLC, robotics, servo, and vision systems. Develop equipment and process improvements, support safety and quality goals, and collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing technology, or a related engineering discipline is specified, along with strong hands-on experience programming and troubleshooting automation technologies. The posting prefers three years of manufacturing experience and values experience with mechanical and electrical design, high-speed plastic assembly processes, and English-Spanish bilingual communication.
