Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical design and delivery across software engineering teams, including architecture, coding, testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and security vulnerability remediation for pharmacy platform microservices. Mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and other stakeholders, and improve engineering practices and AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires a degree or equivalent and typically at least seven years of relevant software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with at least four years. Candidates should have strong Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, event-driven systems, microservices, SQL, Agile, and secure software engineering experience; cloud, Angular, and AI-assisted development experience are preferred.
