Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical design and delivery for pharmacy software and microservices, including security vulnerability remediation, coding, testing, and defect resolution. Mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, and other teams to deliver secure, scalable software.

Requirements: Typically requires at least seven years of relevant software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with at least four years, along with object-oriented engineering and RESTful services experience. Required technical expertise includes Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, event-driven systems, microservices, SQL, observability, and Agile practices; cloud, front-end, AI-assisted development, and regulated healthcare experience are preferred.
