Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical design and delivery for pharmacy software, including architecting scalable solutions, coding, reviewing code, testing, and resolving complex defects and security vulnerabilities. Mentor engineers, guide Agile practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote secure, reliable engineering and AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements: Requires a degree or equivalent and typically at least seven years of relevant experience, with a master's degree and four or more years also accepted. Candidates should have strong Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, microservices, REST API, event-driven systems, SQL, observability, and Agile experience; cloud, Angular, AI-assisted development, and regulated healthcare experience are preferred.
