Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead technical design and delivery for pharmacy software, including microservices supporting Central Fill Management and Drug Utilization Reviews, while resolving complex defects and security vulnerabilities. Guide engineering teams through design reviews, testing, Agile practices, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure software.

Requirements: Requires a degree or equivalent and typically at least seven years of relevant software engineering experience, or a master's degree with at least four years. Candidates should have strong Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, microservices, REST API, SQL, and Agile experience; cloud-native Azure, Angular, security, observability, and AI-assisted development experience are also relevant.
