Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead engineering work from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch, while identifying technology trends and developing product roadmaps. Lead technical projects, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business development to integrate innovations and present technical findings.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 or more years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD skills, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate technical information effectively.
