Civil Engineer Project Manager

Job Description

Lead private subdivision and land development projects from planning through design and construction, managing technical quality, schedules, budgets, clients, and stakeholders. Provide civil design leadership, support feasibility and permitting, represent the firm externally, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active Professional Engineer license, and approximately 5–7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience. Candidates should have private land development design and project management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office; a Pennsylvania PE license is preferred.
