Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the mechanical engineering development and integration of commercial chiller and split-system designs, from concept through production, including system architecture, thermodynamic modeling, and optimization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, test and validate performance and reliability, support production launches, and present development progress to senior leadership.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of HVAC product design experience, or a master's degree and at least 8 years, are required, along with at least 4 years of new product development and/or sustaining engineering experience. A mechanical engineering degree, project leadership experience, strong English communication, and leadership and teamwork skills are preferred.
