Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Remote-Midwest USA)

Job Description

Design, model, prototype, and validate mobile mechanical equipment for oil and gas field operations, including hydraulic equipment and mobile lifting systems. Improve equipment reliability and performance, troubleshoot field issues, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, fabrication, and field teams to deliver field-ready solutions.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a master's preferred, and at least five years of mechanical design experience in oil and gas or heavy industrial equipment. Candidates should be proficient with Inventor, Pro-E, or SolidWorks and have strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, power units, mechanical assemblies, project delivery, communication, and documentation.
