Software Engineer

Job Description

Own important parts of the product and company, spanning core architecture, infrastructure, customer-facing workflows, and AI-powered product experiences. Understand customer problems, make sound technical decisions amid ambiguity, and build trustworthy systems for a highly regulated environment.

Requirements: Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, retrieval, prompting, production AI systems, and evaluating model and agent quality. They should also be able to build reliable full-stack products, work with cloud infrastructure and security, execute pragmatically in a startup environment, and show empathy for users and a history of building things.
