Civil Engineer Project Manager – Land Development

Job Description

Lead private subdivision and land development projects from planning through design and construction, managing technical quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Provide design leadership, coordinate permitting and approvals, represent the firm with clients and public agencies, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an active Professional Engineer license, and approximately 5–7 or more years of progressive civil engineering experience are required. Candidates should have private land development or subdivision design experience, strong site design and project management skills, proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and effective communication abilities.
