Job Description

Lead electrical architecture and technical strategy for next-generation laptop platforms, including design validation, technology assessments, investigations, and prototype development. Guide engineering teams, influence product direction, resolve technical risks, and deliver reliable, high-performance, cost-effective solutions across Dell’s laptop portfolio.

Requirements: Requires deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed interfaces, power delivery, system-level trade-offs, and recent schematic capture and PCB motherboard design experience. Candidates should have a track record of leading cross-functional programs and mentoring engineers; the posting indicates typical experience of 12+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 8+ with a master’s, or 5+ with a PhD, and prefers an electrical engineering degree.
