AI Native - .NET developer (No VISA or H1B accepted)

Job Description

Design, build, test, and modernize scalable .NET applications, APIs, and microservices, using AI coding tools throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely through pairing, mob programming, code reviews, and cross-functional work, while maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of software engineering experience, production experience delivering customer-facing .NET applications, and strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, backend services, testing, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. Candidates must demonstrate concrete production use of AI coding tools and be comfortable with extensive collaborative programming; React, Azure, containers, and AI/LLM technologies are preferred.
