Founding Software Engineer

Job Description

Own product development from understanding customer problems and defining scope through building, launching, monitoring, and iterating on complete products. Make product and technical decisions, use AI extensively throughout development, and ensure shipped work is secure, reliable, maintainable, and informed by customer feedback.

Requirements: Demonstrate a track record of building and shipping useful software end to end, strong product judgment, and the engineering range to work across interfaces, backends, data, APIs, and integrations. Use AI-assisted development thoughtfully, take ownership with little day-to-day direction, communicate clearly, and work from the New York City office four days per week.
