Sr. Mechanical Engineer- Piping Design

Job Description

Lead the design of refrigeration piping systems, mechanical rooms, rooftop penthouses, and related components, performing engineering calculations and ensuring designs meet company, client, and regulatory standards. Coordinate drawings, materials, and build requirements with management, fabrication, construction, procurement, and vendors, while providing installation support and occasional mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of mechanical system design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Inventor or SolidWorks. Candidates should have strong mechanical and refrigeration engineering knowledge, work effectively independently and with teams, and be able to travel occasionally; fabrication experience, an EIT license, interest in PE licensure, and refrigeration, HVAC, or MEP experience are preferred.
