Sr Data Engineer

Job Description

Design and build secure, scalable data architecture, healthcare data models, and production-grade pipelines, including mapping raw healthcare data to standardized models and integrating directly with EMR platforms. Establish data quality and governance practices, optimize data performance, deploy cloud infrastructure, and safeguard data in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements: Requires at least five years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python or Scala skills, and hands-on experience with healthcare data standards, data modeling, and EMR/EHR integrations. Candidates should also have experience with data warehouses and lakes, big data frameworks, cloud platforms, workflow orchestration, security and compliance, and data-focused CI/CD and testing; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
