Application Engineer CAD/CAM US West or Michigan

Job Description

Provide technical and sales support to customers, dealers, and partners, including pre-sales demonstrations, software deployment, and post-sales training. Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and revenue, and monitor market trends to meet commitments.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience, with knowledge of CNC machining, controls, machine tools, CAD/CAM software, milling and turning, and GD&T. Candidates must have strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer relationship skills, be U.S. citizens with a valid driver's license, and be able to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
