Lead Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead electrical engineering execution for high- and medium-voltage power infrastructure and substation projects from concept through startup, including design decisions, technical reviews, and coordination across project teams. Support power system studies, equipment selection, utility interconnection, construction, testing, and energization while ensuring safety, quality, standards compliance, and project delivery objectives.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with utility or EPC substation engineering experience and experience in substation physical design and protection and control. The role calls for senior technical leadership; a Professional Engineer license, EPC or lump-sum turnkey project leadership, commissioning support, power system modeling tools, and renewable interconnection experience are advantageous.
