Job Description

Develop software and tools with engineers and clinicians to support precise placement of Neuralink implants and electrodes using functional and other medical imaging. Own the medical imaging pipeline from data ingestion and image fusion through patient-coordinate navigation during surgery, including clinician-facing applications and integration with the surgical robot.

Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate exceptional engineering or computer science ability, a record of shipping impactful software, fundamental systems understanding, and practical linear algebra proficiency. They should have experience coding in Python, Rust, or JavaScript and manipulating or visualizing 3D objects; medical imaging formats, protected health information, container orchestration, and infrastructure development are preferred.
