Job Description

Build and deliver software products for venture-backed software companies in Northern Virginia; some openings also involve engineering management, data and BI automation, applied AI, systems engineering, or product management. Engineering managers are expected to lead or grow teams, and resumes should demonstrate the business or mission impact of work delivered.

Requirements: Software engineering roles seek candidates with at least 3 years of experience, preferably 5 or more; roles paying above $200,000 typically require 10 or more years and strong technical interview performance. A computer science degree is considered necessary by most client companies, and candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents; some roles require eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.
