AFSIM Modeling and Simulation Engineer

Job Description

Develop an online aerospace modeling and simulation platform, including realistic environments and models for sensors, communications, entity movement, AI-enabled behaviors, electronic effects, and command and control. Collaborate with a high-performing team and end users to build and deliver a new product that supports training and decision-making.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience; strong C++17-or-later skills; experience with high-performance, multithreaded programming and subsystem or system-level models; and at least two years on an Agile software team. Candidates must have experience building, testing, and deploying software, Git team experience, and U.S. citizenship; DoD clearance and experience with AFSIM or other DoD simulation environments are preferred.
