Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead engineering from idea generation and prototyping through validation, product development, and launch, while researching technologies and analyzing physical phenomena to develop practical solutions. Guide technical projects by managing timelines, resources, and budgets, collaborating across teams, and presenting technical recommendations to executives and customers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 10 or more years of experience in industrial machine design or product development; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and 3D CAD capabilities, experience with finite element analysis, and the ability to lead projects and communicate effectively; polymer science, hot runners, mold design, and injection molding are preferred.
