Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Reliability

Job Description

Own the reliability, availability, and production stability of Zilliz Cloud, investigating complex issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and distributed databases. Build automation, diagnostic tools, and observability improvements, and partner with database and infrastructure engineers to prevent recurring incidents and improve scalability.

Requirements: Applicants need at least three years of experience building or operating production cloud systems, infrastructure platforms, database systems, or large-scale online services, plus a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. They should have hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud platform experience, a solid understanding of distributed systems, and familiarity with cloud operations tools; large-scale or multi-tenant systems experience is a plus.
