Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Design and optimize facility piping systems, size mechanical components, prepare and update technical drawings and specifications, and support engineering analyses and safety reviews. Assist with procurement, factory acceptance testing, field inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least two years of relevant hands-on experience with piping, fluid systems, or process equipment. Candidates should have experience with equipment sizing, basic flow and stress calculations, applicable codes and safety practices, and drafting or analysis tools; they must obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
