Senior Mechanical Engineer – Design

Job Description

Design and optimize facility piping systems, size mechanical components, prepare and update technical drawings and specifications, and perform flow, pressure-drop, thermal, and stress-related analyses. Support safety and quality reviews, procurement evaluations, factory acceptance tests, field inspections, commissioning, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior staff.

Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least two years of relevant hands-on experience with piping, fluid systems, or process equipment. Practical equipment-sizing experience, familiarity with applicable codes and safety practices, exposure to drafting or analysis tools, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance are expected or preferred.
