Senior Mechanical Engineer – Design

Job Description

Design and optimize facility piping systems, size mechanical equipment, prepare technical drawings and specifications, and perform flow, pressure-drop, thermal, and stress analyses. Support procurement, safety reviews, quality assurance, factory acceptance tests, field inspections, commissioning, and system troubleshooting.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least two years of hands-on experience with piping, fluid systems, or process equipment. Candidates should have experience with equipment sizing, calculations, relevant codes and safety practices, and drafting or analysis tools; they must also be able to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
