Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description

Work with leadership and employees to identify operational inefficiencies and develop AI-powered applications, agents, automated workflows, and internal tools. Prototype, test, and refine practical solutions that reduce administrative work and improve business efficiency, integrating with existing systems where appropriate.

Requirements: Candidates should have approximately 1–2 years of software engineering or application development experience, with hands-on experience using generative AI, large language models, or AI-assisted development tools. They should be comfortable with APIs and modern development frameworks, curious about emerging AI technologies, and able to translate business needs into practical solutions while collaborating with technical and nontechnical employees.
