Lead SDET

Job Description

Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and test coverage across web interfaces, APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend systems. Investigate failures and defects, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, monitor quality metrics, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on release readiness and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of experience in test automation, SDET, quality engineering, or software development, with strong programming skills and hands-on experience building automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright or Jest. Candidates should understand APIs, distributed architectures, and CI/CD environments; a bachelor's degree is preferred, while security testing, financial application, and AI-assisted engineering experience are advantageous.
