Principal Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead the design and development of ruggedized electrical hardware, including high-speed digital, analog, and power circuits, and oversee PCB layout, prototype bring-up, testing, validation, and manufacturing support. Troubleshoot hardware, produce engineering documentation and test plans, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a master's degree preferred, and 15 or more years of hands-on electrical hardware design experience. Candidates must have aerospace or defense industry experience, strong PCB design and laboratory testing skills, and the ability to lead technical projects while remaining hands-on.
