Materials Engineer - Interiors

Job Description

Lead material approvals and execute a materials compatibility design-of-experiments program, including sample preparation, lab coordination, data interpretation, protocol development, and technical reporting. Develop and validate new appearance applications, draft material performance specifications, and coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product launches.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or an equivalent field is required; a master's degree is a plus. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience and be able to independently manage workstreams, coordinate suppliers and labs, and collaborate effectively in a startup environment.
