Staff Software Engineer, Tech Lead, CCME

Job Description

Define and execute multi-year technical strategies and roadmaps for the optimal decision-making team, serving as its primary tech lead and guiding architecture, system reliability, and technical contributions. Coordinate with capacity management and planning partners, mentor and develop engineers, and improve engineering practices, development velocity, telemetry, and maintainability.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least eight years of programming experience, five years testing and launching software products, and three years in software design and architecture. Candidates must have experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces; preferred qualifications include advanced education, capacity planning or optimization expertise, scalable distributed systems experience, and engineering team leadership.
