Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, Search

Job Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software for Google Search infrastructure, while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Participate in design reviews, review code, maintain documentation, and investigate and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, or service quality.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of software development experience in C++, and experience in software testing or product launches, software design and architecture, and large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or PhD, experience with data structures and algorithms, technical leadership, and accessible technology.
