Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, YouTube

Job Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions for YouTube infrastructure. Participate in design reviews, review code, maintain documentation, and diagnose and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, networks, or service quality.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of C++ programming, and experience in software testing or product launches, software design, and large-scale infrastructure or related systems. Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree, five years of experience with data structures and algorithms, technical leadership experience, and experience developing accessible technologies.
