Tech Lead, YouTube Ads Infrastructure

Job Description

Establish and lead a new YouTube Ads Infrastructure team focused on audience data collection and serving for customer acquisition and re-engagement. Set the team’s three-year roadmap, provide detailed technical designs and direction, align with cross-functional partners, and establish coding guidelines.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with at least eight years of experience in software design and architecture, data processing, and distributed systems. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD, experience in data structures and algorithms, technical leadership, cross-functional work in complex organizations, advertising workflows and effectiveness, and product development.
