Workday Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, implement, support, and enhance Workday HRIS solutions, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and process improvements. Advise HR stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain technical and process documentation, and support or mentor team members.

Requirements: Candidates need 4–5+ years of relevant experience for the HRIS Architect role or 6–8+ years for the Senior HRIS Architect role, with strong Workday architecture, configuration, and support expertise. They should have experience in at least one relevant Workday functional area, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and process optimization.
