Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails with Sidekiq

Job Description

Build and own platform API endpoints, internal management tools, and production subsystems such as ingestion, synchronization, and clinical vocabulary normalization. Maintain platform reliability and observability, upgrade frameworks and dependencies, improve developer tooling and CI, and take ownership of a production pipeline and its on-call responsibilities.

Requirements: The role requires current Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq development experience on AWS, TypeScript frontend experience, strong SQL and relational data modeling skills, and understanding of queues, retries, transactions, and failure modes. Candidates should have end-to-end production ownership and methodical debugging experience, and use AI-assisted, spec-driven development practices.
