Principal Software Engineer - Gaming Platform

Job Description

Lead the design and delivery of high-performance, reliable platform capabilities, setting architectural direction and technical standards across teams. Mentor engineers, manage technical risks, improve engineering practices, and responsibly integrate AI tools into development workflows.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience, expert C# and .NET skills, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Candidates should have deep expertise in concurrency, architecture, security, networking, performance, and cross-team technical leadership, along with experience in gaming, embedded Windows or Linux, and AI-assisted development.
