Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Description

Lead the development, testing, and delivery of reliable, scalable backend services, and help evolve service-oriented architecture for a core financial product. Collaborate with product and design teams, mentor peers, improve engineering practices, and support production systems, including on-call duties.

Requirements: The role prefers a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least four years of backend development experience, and at least two years of hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, or Scala. Candidates should understand relational databases and ORM tools, microservices, Kubernetes, and collaborative practices such as code reviews and CI/CD, and be able to own work from concept through production.
