Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Lead and support approximately six Electrical Designers through day-to-day guidance, mentoring, workload oversight, and performance support. Remain actively involved in project delivery and collaborate across the Electrical function to respond to changing team and project needs.

Requirements: Candidates should have 10–15 or more years of relevant electrical or MEP engineering experience, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and a strong technical background; prior leadership experience is desirable. They should be able to mentor and develop designers, communicate and collaborate across teams, and adapt to varied project needs; experience in relevant commercial and residential sectors is particularly useful.
