Principal Platform Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed services, APIs, developer tools, and user-facing platform experiences for OCI engineering teams, owning major components from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship, improve reliability and operational practices, and develop and evaluate AI-enabled developer workflows.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and 6 to 10+ years of professional software development experience. Candidates should have strong Java, service development, full-stack, distributed systems, database, CI/CD, production operations, technical leadership, and practical AI-assisted development experience.
