Software Engineer (Developer Productivity)

Job Description

Build and maintain developer productivity systems, including build and test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, local development environments, and internal tools. Integrate AI-assisted engineering workflows, accelerate builds and tests, and work with engineering teams to identify and resolve productivity bottlenecks.

Requirements: Strong Python skills, working knowledge of C++ or Java, solid Linux fundamentals, and experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, or large-scale build infrastructure are sought. Candidates should have hands-on experience with AI coding tools, communicate and collaborate effectively, and preferably hold a degree in computer science or a related field; trading experience is a bonus.
