Application Engineer CAD/CAM US West or Michigan

Job Description

Provide technical and sales support to customers, dealers, and partners, including pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales software training. Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth, and stay informed about market trends and delivery commitments.

Requirements: Candidates need at least three years of manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience, with knowledge of CNC machining, controls, machine tools, CAD/CAM software, and GD&T. Strong communication, customer relationship, analytical, organizational, and software troubleshooting skills are required, along with US citizenship, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
