Shape product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and delivery for complex retirement and financial products, translating business strategy into customer journeys, capabilities, and technology plans. Connect product, business, operations, architecture, and engineering leaders; define business outcomes and KPIs; and drive transformation decisions and AI-accelerated delivery.

Requirements: Requires 8–12+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or techno-functional leadership in wealth management, retirement, or financial services, with strong knowledge of retirement participant and advisor experiences. Candidates should bring Java, Spring Boot, REST API, microservices, AWS, and NoSQL expertise, along with product leadership, executive communication, and experience applying AI across the product development lifecycle.
