Senior Software Engineer/ Team Lead (Corp Tech) - Up to $220k USD + Bonus

Job Description

Own and develop internal applications, APIs, and integrations, including setting roadmaps, delivering features, and modernizing existing systems. Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while establishing engineering practices, mentoring engineers, and building the team.

Requirements: The role calls for strong full-stack experience, ideally with Python, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL, plus end-to-end application ownership and API and integration skills. Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously with stakeholders and have technical leadership or mentoring experience; Workday or similar technologies are advantageous.
