VP of Manufacturing

Job Description

Lead the roll-to-roll production line build from design freeze through procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and nameplate operation, owning the schedule, budget, and critical path. Manage the Chattanooga engineering team, facility readiness, contractors, safety, and groundwork for a future 10X-scale greenfield facility.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering field, preferably chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, and at least eight years delivering capital projects or production lines with direct schedule and budget ownership. Candidates should have taken a production line or plant from purchase order to nameplate operation and have experience leading multidisciplinary teams, facility design, utilities, permitting, and site selection; U.S. citizenship is required.
