Staff+ Software Engineer, Platform Acceleration

Job Description

Set the technical strategy and roadmap for the area while designing, building, and operating tools that help platform teams ship code safely and efficiently. Develop engineering agents and trusted-change tooling, partner with internal teams to address friction, and use adoption and developer-experience data to guide product improvements.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience operating large-scale backend services or distributed systems, proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript, and deep expertise in developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems. They should also have cloud and container-orchestration experience, a record of leading complex cross-team projects, strong communication skills, and interest in Anthropic’s mission.
