Staff+ Software Engineer, Platform Acceleration

Job Description

Set the technical strategy and roadmap for platform acceleration, while designing, building, and operating tools that help engineering teams ship code safely and efficiently. Develop engineering agents and change-validation tooling, partner with internal teams to address workflow friction, and use adoption and developer-experience data to guide product improvements.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience operating large-scale backend services or distributed systems, proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript, and deep expertise in developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems. They should also have experience with cloud infrastructure, cross-team technical leadership, and clear communication; a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
