Staff+ Software Engineer, Platform Acceleration

Job Description

Set the technical strategy and roadmap for platform acceleration, while designing, building, and operating tools that help product engineers ship reliable code faster. Develop engineering agents and change-validation systems, partner with internal teams to address workflow friction, and use adoption and developer-experience data to guide improvements.

Requirements: Candidates should have substantial experience operating large-scale backend services or distributed systems, proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript, and deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems. They should also have led complex cross-team technical projects, communicate clearly with internal partners, and be interested in building safe and beneficial AI; a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
